DIN3 Series models are heavy duty type protectors, Class I/Cat C designed and intended to be connected at the entrance of the electrical panel. DIN3 models provide efficient surge amp capacity protection especially in high lightning density areas. Units are compact, low profile module design and ideal for all control panel type applications. 70 kA models use Gas Tube and MOV technology, 165 kA models use MOV only and DIN3-100-NG1 protector for N-G mode uses Gas Tube technology. Approximate weight of each unit is .85 ounces.
