R05P215D/P產(chǎn)品概述
The new DC/DC converters have been designed to supply IGBT drivers. They provide an asymmetric output of +15VDC and –9 VDC with input voltages of 5 VDC, 12 VDC or 24 VDC. The converters offer high isolation and an extended operating temperature range.
