Optek OP180 & OP280 Series Infrared Emitting Diode
Optek OP180 / OP280 series GaAas & GaAIAas infrared LEDs are a plastic leadless SMD PLCC-2 SMD package, with flat lens. The lens style of the package allows for wide beam angle applications. The diode is encapsulated in silicone to increase the longevity of the product, and making a more reliable application. Suitable for both single & array applications making the Optek OP180 / OP280 series suitable in a wide variety of applications.
