N5424A CAN/LIN Measurements (Option AMS)
N5424A is the user-installled equivalent of factory-installled CAN/LIN option AMS. It enables users to trigger on either standard or extended CAN message IDs, including the message ID of a remote transfer request frame. It supports triggering on a data frame, and can be used to specify message IDs, data and data length for filtering messages of interest. Triggering on active error frames is alsosupported. Additionally, N5424A supports triggering on specific LIN frame IDs and includes Color-coded parity and check sums errors. This software option works with Keysight InfiniiVision 6000 and 7000 Series 4-channel DSOs or 4+16 MSOs only.
